GRANT WALDROUP, is a resident of Princeton is currently a student at Ivy Tech Community College majoring in Business Administration/Finance, while working full-time as a sales associate.
Grant was raised in Princeton and later moved to Owensville and graduated from Gibson Southern High School.
Grant, since age 13, has run his own DJ business and has serviced many schools, churches, businesses, and family in the Gibson County & Vanderburgh County area.
Grant started at Anita Waldroup Realty, Inc. in January 2005, when the business opened, managing signs. In December 2005, Grant obtained his real estate sales license. Grant worked as an assistant to his mother, Anita, for over a year to build the knowledge and skills to help buyers & sellers.
In June 2007, Grant became an independent agent at Anita Waldroup Realty. Grant finished 2007 with over $1,000,000 in Residential & Commercial sales.
