Anita is no stranger to working hard or working with people. Anita & her husband Larry became business owners of Waldroup Insurance Agency Inc in 1973. Anita ran the office and sold many insurance products such as group insurance, life & health insurance, and medicare supplements.
Anita is a lifetime resident of Gibson County, a member of the Princeton Rotary, a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, and a past board member of the Gibson County Chamber of Commerce as well as a member of the Princeton Ambassadors. Anita and her late husband have 3 children.
In 2002, Anita decided it was time to make a career change and worked both professions until Sept 2002 when her career in Real Estate was in full swing. To date, Anita is still a part of Waldroup-Barthel Insurance Services, but concentrates all of her time to being the Principal Broker / Owner of Anita Waldroup Realty Inc since January 2005. Anita takes great pride in being there for her clients and customers as well as taking the time to offer training and support for her realtors.
Anita has been a leader in the Residential, Land, and Commercial real estate sales since 2002. Anita's total sales for 2003 were $7,925,700, for 2004 her sales totaled over 10.3 million, and in 2005 the first year for Anita Waldroup Realty Inc, Anita was ecstatic to have her company's sales totaling over $20,000,000 for 2005. In 2006, even though the real estate market took a large dip for the last 4 months of the year, Anita still finished strong with $12,000,000 and $15,000,000 for her company.
